Clamps

The Clamps provide the sealing force by pressing on the Flanges and the Ring to generate a vacuum seal. There are several types of Clamps for different Flange sizes.

• PVC Hose Clamp
  They are used to seal the vacuum hose connections.
• Butterfly Clamp
  They are hand-tightened to compress the Flanges and Centering Ring.
• Lever Clamp
  They are convenient and easy to use in situations where the clamp must be removed frequently. The clamp provides sufficient sealing force to fully compress the Flanges and Centering Ring where they are metal-to-metal.
• Lace Clamp
  They provide the features of a lever clamp with the security of a cord on the locating pin to prevent loss of the pins or accidental removal.
• Double clamp
  These single and double clamps are used to attach ISO flanges.
  – Single clamp used to join ISO-F and ISO-K style flanges.
  – Double clamp used only for coupling ISO-K flanges.
• Screwable Clamp
  Used for attaching a flange directly to a vacuum chamber or base plate. Bolts and washers included.
