Cryostats

Intercovamex has more than 25 years of experience offering and installing cryostats to cool samples to cryogenic temperatures for the characterization of advanced materials with electrical, optical or magnetic measurements with techniques such as FTIR, Raman, UV-VIS, Mossbauer, photoluminescence, XRD, AFM, ARPES, ESR, DLTS, Hall effect…
These cryostats can also be used to cool down detectors in spectrometers and in Telescopes.
Several technologies are available depending on the size of the sample or detector to be cooled, on the acceptable vibration level, on the last desired temperature (77K, 10K, 4K, 1.5K), with the sample in steam or in vacuum, and with liquid Helium, liquid Nitrogen or with a closed circuit system (without consumption of Helium or Nitrogen).
