MicroXAM-800

The MicroXAM-800 is an optical profiler based on a white light interferometer that measures the characteristics of a sample at the nanometer level with phase scanning interferometry (PSI), and the characteristics from the sub-micron to millimeter level with vertical scanning interferometry (VSI). With a simple and flexible recipe configuration for single scans or automated multi-point measurements, applicable for research and production.
