The NEXSA system is the new fully automated multi-technique XPS model to which other techniques such as ISS, UPS, REELS and Raman can be added. With respect to the XPS analysis, you will be able to perform conductive and insulating sample analysis (with load compensation gun), in-depth composition analysis (with ion gun), one point analysis and mapping, all fully automated and controlled from the Avantage software.
